Employed by Owner with responsibility to develop and execute one or more construction projects.  Services may include:

• Development and balancing of scope and total budget
• Analysis and recommendation of project delivery vehicles                                                   (e.g. Design-Build, Bridging, CM-at-Risk, Design-Bid-Build)       
  
• Select/develop/advertise contracts 
• Assist Owner in negotiations                                           
• Oversee contract execution to assure a quality project, on time and within budget     
  
• Coordinate project turnover to Owner

• Support private industry in positioning itself, and in successfully gaining/executing federal design and construction projects
• Support federal government entities with knowledgeable, reliable and competent  project management and contracting individuals  to assist in the execution of design/construction projects
