Our Experience (an expansion of Bob Bunker’s Resume):

Construction/Project Management:  Experience ranges from Project Officer to Project Executive (Owner’s Representative) to Senior Executive to Contracting Officer, in both U.S and international settings, for both private industry and government clients.  Projects range from individual buildings to entire airfield complexes, from small boat harbors to large dams, from student housing and dormitories to  highways and bridges, to offshore oil and gas platforms and undersea pipelines.  Customers range from military (all branches), to other government agencies (e.g. Voice of America, National Park Service, General Services Administration), to U.S. colleges and universities, to foreign nations (e.g. Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, China, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt).

Organizational Management:  Experience ranges from Army troop unit leadership (including command of 950 airborne engineer soldiers) to Director of Management of the Army with functions including detailed functional management and responsibilities of the “non-troop-unit” Army, Base Closures and Realignments, management of the Army Staff and control of the Army Artificial Intelligence Program.  Technical management experience ranges from an Engineer District with a $50 million annual workload to two Engineer Divisions with $1 billion plus workloads; establishment and management as a Corporate Officer of integrated activities in Asia for Brown & Root (now KBR).   Entrepreneurial management includes CEO/Co-Owner of TGA Technologies, a small communications-electronics company.

Government Design/Construction Contracting Experience:  Eight years as a Warranted Contracting Officer (including five years with an unlimited warrant).  Experience recently updated as Project Executive  of a Construction Management contract for the General Services Administration.
Training Experience:  Served as Director of Training Development and Assstant Commandant of the U.S. Army Engineer School.  Presently a Lecturer on Leadership and Business Development in the Department of Architecture, Georgia Tech.

Nuclear Power:  Officer-in-Charge/Project Manager/DoD Nuclear Safety Officer for design/ construction/crewing/initial operation and AEC approvals of aone-of-a-kind nuclear power plant.

Security Clearances (Inactive):  DoD Top Secret (and specal clearances); AEC “Q”.
